SURGE (aka Sergio J. Quinonez ) is an American ‘Postgraffism’ artist from L.A. who lives in Miami.

Technique: His work is inspired by his love for cartoons and brilliant colors, along with a passion for hip hop culture. His vibrant illustrations feature anthropomorphized characters that are both brash and inviting.

Exposure: His work can be seen everywhere from walls in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District to live painting performances during high profile charitable events. He has also served as a recurring cartoonist for the Miami New Times and his artwork has been featured on the cover of the Sun-Sentinel Magazine.
