The artist Bruno, also known as “Smoky”, is a Brazilian Street Artist currently based out of Toronto, Canada together with his wife and artistic collaborator, Shalak Attack. Bruno is a founding member of the Clandestinos Crew, and part of the Essencia Arts Collective.
His fascination with the city of Sao Paulo has highly influenced his artistic expression by its urban cityscapes, diverse architecture, cultural pluralism, and divided social classes. Through his large and colourful characters and highly detailed scenarios, he explores the complex paradoxes of our current social realities within magical worlds he creates.
Smoky has gained international and professional recognition through his artistic journeys though out Brazil, Chile, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Argentina, Canada, Paraguay, Sweden, England and the USA.
